Welcome to Westhampton Beach

Live amidst the tradition & charm of this lovely beach town.

Once you set foot in Westhampton Beach, you’ll know why so many have called this resort town home (or their home away from home) for generations. Quaint neighborhoods, upscale dining and shopping, and a deep appreciation of arts and culture attracts celebrities and professionals every year to escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City and elsewhere.
The Village features easy access to the oceanfront, where picturesque views of the sky meet the sea and families building sandcastles, flying kites, and taking in the beautiful creates an often needed tranquility.
Real estate in the area comes at a premium. Peaceful roads lined with gorgeous private residences, a fantastic school district, and a location set minutes from the beach make this an ideal spot to purchase your primary (or secondary) home. Average home prices sit at just over $1 million.

Dining, Shopping & Entertainment

Unlike the fast-paced, trendy dining and shopping found in the city, Westhampton Beach offers low-key — but top-rated — establishments to visit.
When you’re out for the day, plan to stop at some of the area’s most loved stores. One local favorite is Fahrenheit 451, a local clothing boutique with the latest looks for your wardrobe. Another popular spot with residents is Island Surf, where you can purchase a new surfboard, rent equipment for SUP-ing (stand up paddleboarding) and kayaking, or update your wardrobe with the latest beach apparel. For those who have little ones, be sure to check out the boutique clothing and accessories at Shock Kids.
In the mood for a relaxed meal? From seafood bar bites to high-end Italian meals, Westhampton Beach has it all. When deciding where to eat, check out the menu at places such as The Patio, Salt and Loft, Flora, Shock Ice Cream, John Scott's Surf Shack, Buoy One, and Casa Basso.
